Day 16

Breakfast (715AM):  Protein bagel(resarched guess 110 cal) with egg and ham(guessing 90cal?), added 1.5TBS shredded chesse(83cal).  Good and filling.  Defrosted while getting ready (put egg/ham packet in water to defrost).

Snack(1210AM): Finished leftover breakfast and ate .8oz Pirate's Booty (104cal)

Lunch (145PM): Curry Chicken is great - good char on meat, sauce isn't overpowering. The "julienned" chicken was a full breast, but I fork shredded it. Couscous is dry. Needs more fruit and veggies -- carrots aren't my fav, zucchini would be great here. Would have doctored a little at home. Still, one of my favorites. 

Dinner (550PM):  Pretty hungry - decided to eat dinner early, snack later.  Did eat 1/4 piece of carrot cake when I got home at 530PM (250cal).  Dinner was decent, lots of veggies prepared well.  The chicken was okay, but the bleu cheese was too strong for me.  Added 1/4 cup of edamame(60cal), 2TBS cranberry sauce(50cal) and some chopped green onion.
No Snack.

Daily Totals: 1457 cal
