Day 68

Plan: Spinach Mushroom Crepe(365), Chicken Fresco(410), Chicken Marsala(300) + snacks/extras(525) = 1600

Breakfast(630AM): Huh, not sure what happened, but I didn't see a b-fast marked for today, so I pulled out a bagel with sausage/egg.  Maybe I ate the S/M crepe yesterday???  Oh well, anyways, ate a bagel with sausage and 50 cal of cheddar.  (200cal)

Snack(1100AM): Pretzel Blast Bar (50cal)
Snack (1200PM): Apple (75cal)

Lunch(145PM): Chicken Fresco, but didn't eat some of the chicken (fatty/gristly) and didn't eat the sundried tomato or sauce.  I did eat the rest of the chicken, the artichoke hearts, the green beans, and the amazing mushroom risotto.  (350cal?)


Snack (400PM): 2 mini choc chip cookies (70calk)
Snack (600PM): Wasa crisp with Tbs of artichoke dip, 120 cal

Dinner (730PM): Baja Fresh - Unexpectedly ended up here.  The line at Chili's was too long.  Had not researched, but still picked the best menu item without really knowing for sure!  Got the Mango Chipotle Chicken Salad with no glaze, didn't eat the shell, and no dressing.  The mango salsa was enough dressing.  So, it had grilled chicken, lettuce, mango salsa, 1/5 of an avocado, a bit of cotija cheese.  The site says 390cal with dressing (I think) and it lists the dressing at 110cal seperately... ?  I guess like... 300?  And I had 10 tortilla chips with salsa (150cal).


Dessert (1000PM): At the movies.  Got frozen yogurt first - 2/3 of a cup with raspberries, a few cheesecake pieces and a tsp of chopped almonds (250ish)
