Day 62

Plan: Own breakfast (250), Lasagna ROllantini(390), own/leftover dinner(400) + snacks/extra(560) = 1600 planned, but too high now.  Still full from yesterday.

Breakfast(1000AM): Wheat English muffin (140), 0.5oz cheddar cheese (60cal), 1.25 oz deli ham (40cal) with two slices of apple.  Yum!!


Lunch(300PM):  Didn't feel hungry at all in the morning... but I'm still snacky because I'm sitting at home today.  Ate Wasa Crisp + artichoke dip at 230PM. (120)  Cooked lunch --  Lasagna Rollatini (390) was good.  Veggies were good.  Added 30cal of peas and 1TBS of shredded cheese (20cal according to pkg).

Snack(430 - 530PM): 70cal of popcorn, 50 cal of Popchips, Lil'Drum (115)

Dinner(630PM):  Meatloaf with 1/3cup of corn, 1 cup of green beans and 1 cup of broccoli. (185+50+30+30) 


Dessert(800PM):  Apple Crisp - which has more calories than I thought.  I hunted down the recipe and did some math.  Appears like one serving is 345cal.  I have one serving left out of six...  I started eating it on Thursday.  Today is Saturday.  Damn.  Today = 500cal about.  So, I no longer have one serving left, I dumped it down the drain.

daily Total: 1810cal  lovely.
