Day 36

Breakfast (915AM):  Up late, only sorta hungry.  Spinach Mushroom Crepes (330cal) Good, but not the best. It's a little too saucy/creamy for me.  Still good though.

Lunch(1245PM): Picadillo (435cal)  - Very good!  The plaintains were on the sweet side, but the picadillo and peas were great.  Added 5 chopped almonds and 2 corn tortillas (30+110cal)



Snack(330PM): half an apple (45 cal) with 100 cal of peanut butter.

Snack (430PM): 70cal of popcorn

Dinner I (530PM):  Finished last nights Vietnamese noodles (200cal)

Dinner II (730PM): Pork in Apricot/Mustard glaze with rice and spinach.(270)  The spinach is inedible for some reason - tates old/tough?  Kicked it out(minus50ish) and ate 1/3 cup of frozen corn(50cal) and 1/3 cup frozen peas(35cal) instead. 

Daily Total: 1620cal
