Sooo....

I've been eating BistroMD food since Aug2010 in an effort to be healthy, end my fast food cravings, and lose weight. Initially, this blog was just going to show a bunch of the meals (See Days 1-30 for a LOT of pics and descriptions of the Bistro food), but it's turned into more of a food diary. Accounting for all the food and tracking goals has been incredibly helpful...
