Plan: Fruit Crepe(365), Turkey Bolognese(340), Stuffed Chicken with Peas/Carrots(340) + snacks/extras(355) = 1400 Such a good day, I love all of these!
Breakfast (700AM): Fruit Crepe (365cal). Overcooked it a bit. Have to be careful with this one -- it takes less than 2 minutes to cook from refrigerator. Good stuff!
Snack (1100AM): Around 25cal of Chocolate Cheerios.
Snack(1200PM): Cottage Cheese with pineapple sauce (100cal)
Snack(230PM): 75 cal of Chocolate Cheerios.
Lunch?(315PM): Turkey Bolognese (340cal) -- yum! the ground turkey is good, the mushrooms are good, the cheese is good, even the wheat pasta is good. Late lunch due to unexpected meeting, but I wasn't starving...
Snack(600PM): Small slice of sourdough with 1/2 oz cheddar (100cal)
Dinner (700PM): Stuffed Chicken with Mushroom Gravy, Asparagus, Peas and Corn (340) added 1/3 cup of corn (30cal). This was pretty good! And new to me, though I didn't realize that until I opened it. The chicken was good, the mushroom gravy mixed up with the peas, and teh asparagus/corn tasted great. Happy and full.
Dessert (800PM): Chocolate Pudding (130)
