Breakfast(700AM): Ham/Apple/Cheddar Muffin (240cal)
Snack (1200PM): Honeycrisp Apple (80cal), 100 cal of sourdough bread
Lunch(115PM): Calif Wrap. (400cal) - turkey still dry on this one and the little bacon bits a weird. The tortilla is a nice touch of carb. Can't taste the avocado. Better once the artichoke side is mixed in and would have added a chopped tomato if I had one...
Snack(330PM):100cal of bread with a laughing cow light 35cal, 60cal of M&Ms
Dinner(630PM): Didn't have the dinner with me and, frankly, I wasn't busy enough to find the pre-made pinapple meatloaf appealing... not a fav. Plus, I've been craving a baked potato. Bought a baker yesterday that weighed in at 12oz (284cal). Microwaved for 4 minutes and baked in toaster for 10. Added 2 swiss laughing cow lights (70), 1/4 cup of chopped deli ham (50cal), 1 cup of broccoli (30cal) and 1/4 cup of peas(25cal). Added some Mrs. Dash and crushed red pepper. Really good! It was a LOT of food, could have done with a smaller potato, for future reference.
Dessert (915PM): McDonald's Ice Cream Cone (150cal)
Daily Total: 1622cal, 258g carb
