Breakfast: Turkey APple Avocado muffin (250)

Snack: String Cheese, half and apple (120)

Lunch: Chicken salad with fruit (250)

Oops snack: 3 tortilla (150) with shredded chicken (80) and cheese (250)

Dinner: 1 slice of CPK pizza (200) and a roasted veggie salad (400)

Daily TOtal: 1700
