Breakfast: Protien bagel (140) with 1.5 Tbs of peanut butter (150)

Snack: Baby carrots (30)

Small Lunch:  Lentil stew with green beans and spinach (210) - Homemade and calculated last night.  Most servings also have some chicken breast in them.
