Breakfast(630): Turkey, Avocado, Apple Muffin (260)

Snack(9-1200): Apple, 1TBS of peanut butter, 100cal of raisins.  [270]

Lunch(200): Penne ala vodka (230) with extra spinach

Snack (530): Chips (150), tortilla with turkey, artichoke dip (150)

Walked 2.85 miles.

Dinner (800):  Sauteed mushrooms, butter, spinach, veggie sausage with leftover quinoa/squash salad [350]

Lil drum (135)
