Day 248

Breakfast: turkey avocado apple muffin (260)

lunch : pot roast meal (340) with 50 cal of cooked carrtos.

snack: corn thin, 1tbs almond butter, 30 cal of banana [130]

snack: apple with 180 cal of almond butter [260]

dinner: @ mom's:  bread (150) while waiting for dinner.  Small chicken breast (160), broccoli, green beans (50), rice a roni (too much and went back for seconds, but less than a cup total.  Ate Ricearoni instead of pumpkin pie!) (250)?

Snack: Jello strawberry cheesecake thing (not great... ) (150)

daily total: 1800
