Day 243

Breakfast (700-800): Stuffed French Toast (350)

Snack (1200): String Cheese (80)

Lunch (145): Apricot Mustard Pork (320)

Snack (530): Half an order of Elephant Bar Shrimp Spring Rolls (170) and a margarita (250)

Dinner (700):  Elephant Bar Lemon Garlic Chicken Breast (650).  Should have gotten all veggies, no rice.  I would have enjoyed that more.  But pretty decent overall.  Ate some of a friends mac and cheese too (100)  Also a Raspberry Lemon Drop (250)



Dessert (900):  Half a Junior Sundae @ local ice cream place (300)

Daily Total: 2470

I think it's all out of my system now... :)  Not feeling particularly binge-y or anything, but was feeling upset about the scale and not particularly interested in moderating.  That said, my overeating wasn't totally ridiculous (the drinking is another story... 5 beers was not necessary) and I'm feeling ready to crack down again.  I'm actually craving vegetables and water!
