Breakfast: Stuffed French Toast (350)

Snack: half a banana (50)

Lunch: apple pork tenderloin(390)

Snack:  Half a banana (50), tortilla pizza (150), 60 cal of cheddar.

Dinner: 3 pieces of pepperoni pizza (720) and a salad with thousand island dressing (120) with sunflowerseeds (100), bacon bits (100)
