Got up and walked 2.5 miles on the treadmill, raining something fierce outside!

Sooo....

I've been eating BistroMD food since Aug2010 in an effort to be healthy, end my fast food cravings, and lose weight. Initially, this blog was just going to show a bunch of the meals (See Days 1-30 for a LOT of pics and descriptions of the Bistro food), but it's turned into more of a food diary.
