Stopped at grocery on the way home... Spent a bit more than planned, but many of these things will be used for weeks to come. (listed in order of longevity)
2 Jazz apples
2 medium bananas
2 nectarines - decidedly unripe, fingers crossed
3 tomatoes
Spring Lettuce mix - salads don't come with frozen meals!
Greek Yogurt Plain - been wanting to try this.
Fat Free Cottage Cheese - decent snack
Skim Milk
Yoplait yogurt, 8 kid sized - only 90cal each instead of the 170 for full carton. (can't stand the sweetner taste in FF)
Wasa Crisps, Multigrain - good snack component
EggBeaters - occasional breakfast/bagel to replace one of those horrid muffins.
String Cheese - snack
Tillamook Cheddar cheese - added rarely to some meals and more often to bagel breakfasts
Frozen Brown rice - an occasional odd meal is low on carbs when I think it should have some. Usually I'm okay with a low-carb meal, but rarely there's a meal that just seems to be missing a carb.
Grand total: $33.34 -- oops! a bit over the $20, but that might not be reasonable if I'm going to buy decent snacks. And a lot of this will bleed over into next month. (Crisps, cheese, rice, egg - they cost $15 on their own.)
