Breakfast/Snack(715AM): Bagel Thin(110cal) with 40cal of Light cream cheese. Heading off to brunch at 1030AM. Don't want to show up starving.
Brunch(1030AM): Goal: Less than 8 glasses of champagne ;) , no sausage and no eggs. I will eat the french toast, hashbrowns, bacon, and one bread item. No lunch - this is lunch. 100cal snack and 270cal dinner. Switched dinners with tomorrow to get a lower cal one.
Okay, here's my best attempt at calories... See Day 7 for pics.
5 glasses champagne - 450cal
2 pieces of bacon, crisp - 100cal
the top of a mini muffin - 50cal
a sourdough roll - 100cal
french toast - 250cal
home fries - 200cal
fruit - 30cal
Snack (500PM): Frozen Yogurt with chocolate toppings and almonds - 250cal
Dinner(600PM): Vietnamese - 2 veggie summer rolls (tofu, noodels, vege) with peanut sauce - 200cal
A small part of lemongrass chicken with vermicelli rice noodles, brought most of this home. Actually stopped eating when I got full! - 100cal (online average is 375cal for whole plate). Pictures are just samples...
Forgot to write about (conscious or unconscious - not sure?) the french fries that I ate. Ordered a fast food meal for someone else who didn't want to eat it, so I ended up eating the small french fries. (350cal) They were good, but I could have stopped half way. They didn't taste as good after that - diminishing marginal utility and all that. ;) Counting this a 0.5 of a fast food trip.
Daily Total: 2230, seems low - I'm just going to throw it up to 2400 cal.
