WeighIn 4/9/11
First time I've seen the scale at less than 220! Weighed in a 218.5 today. That's around a 4.5lb loss over the week, so I guess my body adjusted after last week. And ironically, my daily calorie count was way up over this week. There's just no predicting this at all. I'm starting to get why some people choose to not weigh very often. I'm not ready to quit yet, but I have weighed myself a lot less this week. Whatever, it's a good lesson not to get so freaked out like I did last week. Also a good reminder that I can eat too few calories. It's happened twice in the last few months -- when I ate really low cal (like average 1150-1200), I didn't lose much of anything.
