BReakfast (700 - 1000): Chicken Mushroom Crepes (270) with spinach and tomatoes (20)
Snack (1200): medium banana (80)
Lunch (300): Chicken fajita pita with no cheese (225) with lots of extra lettuce, 5 grape tomatoes, 50cal of avocado, 50cal of cheese, ff sour cream [350ish]
Walk (345): Just back from a 3.8 mile walk/jog. Finished in 51 minutes! That's a 13:25 min mile over nearly 4 miles! At that pace, I could finish my 5k in about 43 minutes, under my 45 minutes goal. AND I have until the end of April to improve it. Think I could have jogged more if I hadn't just eaten! Better planning in the future... and it was hot out there today!
Snack (430): Celery Stalk with 20g of peanut butter (120)
Dinner (700): Salmon minus the pepper coulis and plus a serving of broccoli. (235) added a few almonds (100)
Lil Drum (800): 135
