600 - so sick... threw up the breakfast. Either I ate something bad yesterday or I just ate way too much of crappy stuff. I think the later... so freaking sick.

Dinner with fam - Spaghetti Warehouse... My favorite spinach tortellini with alfredo was not weight-loss friendly, but I haven't had it in like 3 years...
