Day 244

Breakfast (700-900):  Spinach Mushroom Crepes (365)

Snack (1200): String Cheese (80)

Lunch (230): Veggie Chili (280) with avocado (50), tomato and mushrooms.

Snack (430): Carrots and hummus (100)

Dinner Part 1 (630): 2 corn tortillas (110), 3oz of turkey (120), artichoke dip (80) and almonds (60)  [370]

Dinner Part II (900):  Frozen serving of leftover quinoa with butternut squash and arugula with a veggie sausage patty (250ish)  Yum! 



Snacks (late): corn thin with hummus and cucumber (75), lil drum (135), mms (50) and pretzle bar WW (50)

Daily Total: 1805
