Day 254

Out of town... Walked 3 miles ths morning in sunny San Diego.
Breakfast - english muffin with peanut butter
Lunch - Subway sandwich
Dinner - formal with numerous drinks... and dessert.  Did not eat any food at the cocktail hour though.
