Day 2


Breakfast (915am):  Thawed in the refrigerator overnight.  Microwaved for 3 minutes.  Tasted better than it looks.  The turkey sausage was spicy, the texture was a little overprocessed.  The crepes were good, the filling was a bit overdone.  The berry sauce was great!


Snack (    ): None

Lunch (2pm): 1/2 Salad from Pluto's ($6) -- Lettuce, beets, apple, peach, tomato, cucumber, edamame, garbanzo beans.  1/2 Tbs balsamic vinagrette + extra balsamic.

Lunch II (3pm): Other half of salad.  1/2 Tbs balsamic vinagrette + extra balsamic. and 20 dark choc M&Ms

Snack (545pm): 100 cal BagelTHin with 1Tbs CreamCheese

Dinner (8pm):  Decently good.  Meat has good texture and sauce.  The potatoes were a little funky -- dried out/stale tasting.  The onions, carrots and peas were good, not overcooked.  As usual, I liked it better once I mixed it all together.  Pretty full after dinner.

So far, I'm liking this system okay.  Food's pretty good.  I'm not dying of hunger from portion size, but I am ready to eat by the next meal.  I'm thinking less about what to eat and more about when -- eating on a better schedule.  Also thinking more about hunger level.
