Breakfast (630AM): Took syrup out before microwaving. Cut up toast, sausage and peaches (all=260cal) and ate on way to work. It was pretty darn good. And I kept catching the scent of maple syrup from the trashcan! :D
Snack(1200PM): Got a little hungry in the mid-morning. Apple (70cal)
Lunch(145PM): Pretty flippin good - chicken is good, risotto and mushrooms are excellent. Two small issues: "seasoned" means a TON of black pepper and the artichokes were super vinegary from being pickled? I eventually flooded the beans with water and let the pepper sink to the bottom, then skimmed the beans off the top. Still, really liked this one, the mushroom risotto was so good Reminded me of cream of mushroom casseroles (in a good way!). (410cal)
Dinner(600PM): Chili's - Planned in advanced, looked up healthy options. Planned to get either fajitas w/ only one tortilla and no cheese (like 750cal) OR eat a healthy salad and get a cupcake at the cupcake place next door. Salad/cupcake option won - cupcake obviously, but also because the salad sounded good - no frozen salads come to my doorstep! I ate the Guiltless Grill Asian salad with the dressing on the side. I used about a TBS of dressing. (at most 400 cal total) Ordered an unsweetened ice tea. Really liked the salad. The cupcake was really good too. Chocolate with raspberry filling and a chocolate ganache topping (estimate 400 cal). A good evening!\
