Day 11


Breakfast(715AM):  Chicken was nice, crepes good.  The whole thing had a weird soapy/woody taste though.  I think it might have been rosemary? 
Lunch(1200pm): Lasagna good, tomato sauce tasted a little canned like, steamed veggies good.
Snack(530pm): Bagel thin with two slices of Velveeta (i know i know - cheese food?) (110cal+85cal)
PreDinner (700 :)  Ate a salad of lettuce, dried apricot, celery, and balsamic.  (30cal)
Dinner (730pm):  Really liked this meal.  The chicken had good flavor - citrusy.  The grilled veggies were great, especially the eggplant.  The quinoa was great too!  I added 1/2 cup edamame (120cal).
